• Bought something on a new phone? Open the Shop and tap Restore purchases ("Remove ads" and the supporter pack come back).
• Your progress is saved on your phone only. Uninstalling the game or Settings → Reset progress removes it.
• Ad choices (Europe and the UK): Settings → Privacy choices.
• Refunds are handled by Google Play or the App Store, wherever you bought.
